this is my view today they are working on the street in front of my house , it's funny to see how many people drive up to the roadblock just to make sure they really can't pass that way :)

So its not just here that people do that,
I saw that recently in a street near my Office and was amazed how many had to drive right up to see they couldnt go anywhere and then struggle to do a U turn inNYCs narrow streets
no we have the same kind of idiotic people here :)
From my travels over the years I have to say I do believe they are everywhere
