Yellow Watermelon 🍉🍈
Imagine opening an Orange and discovering the inside is green. It might freak you out a little bit, right? Hahaha.
That’s what the yellow watermelon is like. The normally red flesh we’re used to seeing in watermelon is, well, this time is yellow. Surprisingly, this is as delicious as the one we got used to. Consistency is the same. The nutritional properties is the same as normal red watermelon, with some notable differences. These specialized watermelons contain high levels of vitamin A and C while the red watermelon is high in lycopene, yellow-colored watermelons are high in beta-carotene, another very powerful antioxidant. 😊😋
We had this watermelon as dessert last weekend. I had a lot!
