এখনও পর্যন্ত কোনো সদুত্তর মেলেনি, তাই শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের বিশেষ দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি ।
রাষ্ট্র যখন শিক্ষাকে পণ্য হিসেবে ব্যবহার করছে, তখন পিছিয়ে নেই দাগনভূঞা ইকবাল মেমোরিয়াল ডিগ্রি কলেজের অধ্যক্ষ সাহেব!
ইকবাল মেমোরিয়াল ডিগ্রি কলেজে ২০১৭ সালে শুধু ইংরেজি বিষয়ে অকৃতকার্য পরীক্ষার্থীদের কাছ থেকে প্রতি মাসে ৫০০/টাকা করে নিয়েছিলেন অধ্যক্ষ মহোদয় ,কোন বিশেষ ধরনের ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা করেছিলেন যে একজন শিক্ষার্থীও সেখান থেকে পাস করতে পারে নি । মাননীয় অধ্যক্ষ মহোদয় দয়া করে জবাব দিন এবং এসব লুঠপাট বন্ধ করুন। বিশেষ ক্লাসের নামে এখন আবার একাদশ শ্রেণীর ইংরেজি বিষয়ে অকৃতকার্য শিক্ষার্থীদের কাছে থেকে যে টাকা নিয়েছেন তা ফেরত দিয়ে দিন। শুধু মনে রাখবেন অনেক গুলো চোখ আপনার সকল কর্মকান্ড প্রত্যক্ষ করছে ।
[ যে সকল শিক্ষার্থী বোর্ড পরীক্ষায় ইংরেজিতে ফেল করেছে অধ্যক্ষ সাহেব দু-তিন জন শিক্ষক সহ ঐ সকল শিক্ষার্থীর কাছ থেকে ৬ মাসে ৫০০/ টাকা করে মোট জনপ্রতি ৩০০০/ করে নিয়েছিল । এ রূপ শিক্ষার্থী সংখ্যা ২৫০ থেকে ৩০০ জন । তারা শুধু ইংরেজি বিষয়ে ২০১৭ সালে ফেল করেছিল। তারা তো বিশেষ ক্লাস করল, ছয় মাস ধরে , তার পর তারা পরীক্ষা দিল তাদের মধ্যে ৭/৮ জন হয়তো পাস করেছে । এরা আবার ফেনী এক কোচিং সেন্টারে কোচিং ও করে ছিল । তা হলে অধ্যক্ষ কি ধরনের ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা করেছিলেন যেখানে এই ক্লাস করে এক জনও পাস করে নি । আবার গত বার্ষিক পরীক্ষায় কলেজের যে সকল শিক্ষার্থী ইংরেজি বিষয়ে ফেল করেছে তাদের কাছ থেকে তিনি তাঁর লোকের মাধ্যমে রিসিট ছাড়া ৫০০/ টাকা করে নিয়েছেন । আগের টাকা ও রিসিট ছাড়া নিয়েছিলেন । তিনি এই টাকা দুই তিন জন শিক্ষককে কিছু দেন, ইংরেজি শিক্ষকদের কে ও সামান্য কিছু দেন , আর বাকি টাকা নিজে নেন । আমার কথা হলো এই ব্যবস্থার কারণে যদি বেশির ভাগ শিক্ষার্থী পাস করত বা উপকৃত হতো , তা হলে এই ব্যবস্থা মেনে নেয়া যেত । কিন্তু সাধারণ শিক্ষার্থীরা এই টাকা দিতে বাধ্য হচ্ছে, আবার কয়েকজন নেতা আছে তাদের কাছ থেকে তিনি টাকা নেন না । তাই এই টাকা নেয়ার কোন প্রতিবাদ নেই ।]
অবিলম্বে শিক্ষাঙ্গন রাজনৈতিক প্রভাব মুক্ত করে সুশিক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা হোক ।
বিঃদ্রঃ - অধিকাংশ ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা দরিদ্র পরিবারের সন্তান কিন্তু অধ্যক্ষ সাহেব সে দিকে কর্ণপাত না করে শিক্ষার নামে ব্যবসা করে যাচ্ছেন!
