【剧情内容】
人物依然是墨家弟子，背景却切换到了秦始皇统一六国后的时期。主角水镜是轩辕剑系列的首个女主人公，性格活泼好动，因为一次意外，而和故韩国公子姬良（后名为张良）一同踏上了寻找失传已久的墨家神秘机关术之旅。
【游戏简介】
游戏名称源自刘邦的《大风歌》：“大风起兮云飞扬”。黑龙指游戏中的“黑火龙”，是由黑火变化而来。DOMO小组为这一款游戏取这个名词也是暗合游戏背景时代。从这款作品开始，轩辕剑系列全面采用三维（3D）画面，在3D效果下，此作也呈现出叹为观止的古代科技文明。系统方面，以前几代的“炼妖壶”为蓝本，推出新的“天书系统”，由玩家自行建设厂房、研发武器防具。另外，此次的游戏配乐也大胆借鉴了中国商周时期的“金石”雅乐。
