Thoughts on prayer 2/4
Prayer is not a complicated thing! It is a simple, straightforward response to God’s often repeated invitation: Ask of me.
It is a child-like - He is our Father and if you can’t ask your Father, who should you ask? James says it this way in the Message:
Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. (Jas 1:6a MSG)
But what if He says no, or knows better, or wants you to wait?
He might, He does and it is possible that you may have to wait, but these all sound like second thoughts to me.
Just ask! Today! Right now!
Let these words of James not be true of you!
... You do not have because you do not ask God.

Ask now! This very moment! Just ask! No second thoughts!
Ive been asking God for answer to some questions, but nothing still.
ask and you shall receive but in sometimes when given, to give thanks maybe forgotten
