History of the Chevrolet Corvette

The Chevrolet Corvette was presented in 1953 and produced until 1962 for the first version. The sports car was an idea of Harley Earl, American designer who wanted to build a two-seat sports car. The Project Opel is launched in 1951, and at the 1953 General Motors Motorama (New-York) the prototype EX-122 was presented.

Specification

This Chevrolet Corvette is equipped with an 283 cu. in. fuel-injected V-8 engine producing 315 hp tamed with four-speed manual transmission. Only 1,462 Corvettes were built in 1991 with this highly desirable engine. The original price was of $3,934 with $484.20 option, including hardtop and soft top.

This model was finished in fawn beige with matching cove and interior. Perfect for the coming summer months.
