When we are young it is difficult for someone to respect us as experienced people, they usually see us as adventurous and impulsive and it is because we have earned that reputation because we usually are. However, when we are in God we have responsibilities that do not depend on age, the Spirit can give us even more wisdom than an elder, but when it comes to giving advice they generally value the elderly more than the young, the word here gives a secret so that no one will have you for being young. You must give good examples in conduct, in word, in faith, in meekness, your actions are what will earn you respect. Everyone looks at your actions and judges according to them.
