-=- This is a wonderful post about Rani of Lakshmibai, Queen of the Maratha State Jhansi located in India.
This post is a little difficult to follow as one who does not have a basic understanding of the history of India, but I appreciate the story of this queen and love the pictures of her riding in battle with her son strapped to her back!

VEGAN, SOMEONE HELP!!!!

-=- This article by @raybrockman brings up a good point that I have experienced personally and know a lot of others do as well.
When you have someone close to you on a diet, change of routine or anything that works better with both people (couple wise) on the same plan. He asks the question of whether he will feel better after a month of going Vegan with his wife.
This is hard because we become so accustomed to the way we eat and live. As a Buddhist I am pressured often to give up meat. This is something that I have tried before and wasn't very successful at.
But to answer your question I think you should try it. Why not? Doesn't hurt to give it 100% effort and see if it works for you. I know many people who swear by this diet. It is definitely not the easiest to accomplish but may be easier with you and your wife on the same page. Not only that but give her some moral support. I believe that if you get all the nutrients that your body needs, like protein for example, then you will be better in many ways for it.
This post is a good way to introduce topics for discussion and could bring some great life to conversations of opinions on this and other topic. I hope to see more from @raybrockman. -=-
