Are Vote for Vote & Follow for Follow offers annoying to you?

One of the most annoying thing to me on Steem platform is that I frequently get approached by noobs asking for an upvote and a follow to their blog in exchange for their upvoting my post and following my blog. What else, it doesn’t matter how much SP you have got; they consider all upvotes an equal deed irrespective of their value. That is to say that if you upvote my post by 0.005 SBD & I upvote your post by 0.20 SBD it will be considered as a fair deal! What rubbish! Well, there is a solution.

You Can Use Your Voting Power To Get Upvotes

I can understand that all minnows and new comers to this platform initially struggle to get some upvotes and build a good follower base. Just writing good quality content is not enough, it needs to get some amount of exposure to gain some traction. So apart from having the talent of producing high quality content, newbies need something more here.
