Every word we say will have an effect on our thoughts, feelings and actions.

I Take an example;

When someone chooses the word Hyperactivity in a child, then our mind immediately assumes that our child is in trouble, our feelings may be sad, confused, and our actions will usually invite our child to therapy.

But when the word we change, from Hyperactive to Energetic and Stylish then our minds no longer think our children have problems and need therapy, but we will provide many activities to fill his spare time so he can channel his energy through these activities.

So also with the choice of the word "bad boy", which will affect our minds that immediately assume our child is troubled and our feelings are upset, angry and our actions often snap or punish him.

Then I replace the word "Naughty Boy" with "Children Much Intellect", try to feel the difference from our thoughts and feelings ...., then what our next action ... Angry or even we will bring our children to experiment to make things - creative and innovative things ...?

So important is the meaning of word and word selection; and so in fact the effect of a word on our thoughts, feelings and actions.

The interesting thing is that in my religion applications I have an interesting experience, I used to use the words "enemies of Islam" (as most people use those words to describe people who do not like Islam).

And the effect of that word is that I often feel hatred and angry at the enemies of Islam and the result is that I am much hostile to others whom I consider enemies of Islam.

Then I try to replace the word "enemies of Islam" with
"People who have not understood the virtues of Islamic teachings"

And indeed the results are remarkable, since then I no longer feel enemies, and hostile to anyone, but rather focus on showing good for the good of the teachings of Islam on people who have not understood it.

The result is because I always show goodness for the good of others, so others become very kind to me.

So let's examine again the words we use so far whether it has a negative effect on our thoughts, feelings and actions ..?

If the answer is yes ....! then immediately find a better replacement word and give a positive effect on our thoughts, feelings and actions.
