Great thing to be calm.
Nothing can touch you and nothing can upset you.
You are in a full zen mode

Your mind focuses only on what is beautiful leaving aside what can cause confusion and unpleasant thoughts.

As a defense against them.

It is certainly not easy to do,but when it happens you will feel like being a whole new person...

Why don’t you try it?

Why are you letting all of this affect you?

Stress,pressure and obligations are on the agenda.Who,then,is the one who has the arbitrary right to confuse you?

There are many who do it in your everyday life.

From the boss who wakes up in a bad mood and breaks out on you.
the friend who criticizes you for your choices
The person you are in love with and ignores you,or even your own parents sometimes

Grumpy faces,countless accusations that offer you generously and you just clench your punches so that they do not jump into anyone's face.

Wrong tactic...let them say...

You are the one who is responsible for your life. Nobody else

And as soon as you embrace it,the more calm you will feel.

Hard tactics...you need to work on in.But nothing comes easy....
Indifference makes you have so much peace in your soul,which then helps you to have a more calm approach.

Besides,you deserve it.
Are you in any punishment program and you have to be self-inflicted continually and uninterruptedly?

Unless you are masochist...which I don’t think you are...

Everyone deserves a peaceful life,away from constant dialogues in mind and second voices,to criticize you.

Blow their mouths.And even when they go on something again,close your ears.

Turn your head elsewhere and work with something beautiful.
