First post discussing practices by Adsactly:
The Adsactly Files - 1.0 - False Curation
I am writing asking for assistance with dealing with this blatant scam ICO that has been promoted by @adsactly and multiple other users and which was brought to light here by @cryptick
Help me report the All In One Social Networks (AIOS) is an ICO SCAM!
i checked there discord: https://discord.me/aios
and saw this statement by team member on Thursday 13:56PM GMT stating that new site was being created and video verification of team was in process is three days later and nothing from them
no team members have linkedn profiles and all pictures are stock easily found on web this is most definitely a scam and needs to be flagged to save anybody from investing poorly

i think it is obvious the trend that is here and how the promotion of this scam is server wide
Again credit should go to @cryptick for discovering this and he has received multiple flags off of @adsactly and @tech-trends for doing so.
thank you for your time
Your actions are clearly misguided, instead of targeting the actual ICO you claim to be a scam across their various media handles, you intend to flag innocent users who are just voicing their opinion on their personal Steemit blogs. Do you know how many ICOs are out there? Do you know how many bounty programs are there, which allow people to get some coins without investing in the actual ICO? Did you think logically about the situation?
Did you even read the adsactly article? First, it's not a promotion of the ICO, its written by me about an ICO I came across. Investments in ICOs should be done after due diligence and research, would you go and invest in every ICO/Coin you read about? Some even call Bitcoin a scam, are you gonna get posts about Bitcoin flagged too?
However, you trying to intimidate and manipulate people on Steemit is something that certainly warrants attention and action.
its not there personal opinion all posts are a promotion of this obvious scam and im sure are all paid since the sources they use point to the same locations and they are all connected,
posing your questions like so doesnt add credibility to that scam,
you try to suggest is like any other ICO it is not,
no internet companies staff would not have LinkedIn profiles or difficulty providing a conference call video clip or any other sort of verification to potential investors.
to liken this to bitcoin is laughable,
i am doing nothing of the sort @cryptick commented on most posts and all users are contacted someway most to adsacty and your trying to suggest that you all just started using your posts on steemit to create multiples of an ICO you are all interested in?
please instead of trying to defend the promotion of scam why not remove?
Stop trying to seek fucking attention by tagging people around.
If you really want to raise your voice against the ICO, go and ask people not to invest rather asking people flagging writers post.
No. Writers should not be writing false stories. Writers should do there own research. Writers should/could also disclose they are getting paid. In the US stock market, every writer is expected to disclose if they are long/short a security and if they intend to buy/sell immediately after the article is written. While this is not a perfect system, it shows conflicts of interest. People here are obviously promoting a fairly obvious scam.
I do believe that AIOS looks shady, and those guys haven't done anything they promised till now.
I thanked cryptonic too for pointing out the red flags, and I left their discord server too.
But flagging others post until it is proved that AIOS is a scam is what I believe isn't right.
I think if they believe that AIOS is genuine and even they promote it or share their opinion, you should make a post and share your opinion too, but calling everyone to flag them is not a good behaviour.
And what if AIOS is proved not to be a scam in future, will you pay for all the loses all the people incurred due to your flag calls.
Everyone promote and write about cryptos on steemit.
Either everyone should be banned from promoting and talking about any other project except steemit or nobody should be pampered.
From what I see from your posts is that you are trying to take some revenge from adsactly and in the process you are doing all this, you don't care about scam or AIOS, you just want to stain the reputation of adsactly.
Hope you change your behaviour for better good, this isn't the kind of behaviour I believe people do who try to do good to others or want anything good for others.
And first and foremost, if you do make these kind of posts, please do decline post payout, accusation doesn't take efforts, making posts do, you are accusing others who took time to make posts and looking for rewards in your accusations, there are 1000's of scams going on in crypto world and on steemit, I do could accuse them daily and make a post on them and take some dollars.
But I don't do it unless I am 100% sure.
i am 100% sure that the ICO is fake 3 days ago "team" said were a few hours from creating video then responds today to say they weren't going to provide due to anything presented being dismissed, that is a joke
the fact no member has a linkedin profile even though are supposed to have years of experience in crypto doesn't happen,
the site was created in August using a free web site creation app,
so all these things together, im convinced is a scam.
in regards to the users involved,
most if not all are connected to @adsactly and im fairly sure were getting paid to promote,
its not chance that so many users that are connected suddenly started promoting with all the same links ignoring the comments and information provided by @cryptick with all his comments being flagged by @tech-trends one of the leads in @adsactly
i know is heavy-handed i am but you know adsactly has a post with a very high value promoting AIOS and this could lead outside observers to invest without second guessing they themselves admitted is very likely to be scam and would change 3 days ago
your right should have declined payout and thanks for leaving a constructive and reasonable comment is very refreshing
Is there something going on between you and adsactly?
no am posting the truth about where you see problem>?
is it where you get votes?
There was a bounty program. It was in part organized here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2155315.0
Here is the latest update! https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@cryptick/ico-scam-all-in-one-social-aios-launches-new-fraud-website
Okay, this post is really very overrated. There's no need to create FUD over it. There are hundreds of ICO's running right now and there are still no proofs about their genuinity. They are running bounty programs and people participate in them.
Writing about an ICO and expressing own opinion on steemit blog is not a promotion. Although, people should always put their money after proper research, not just reading a steemit blog.
There is no point to tag whales in this article. You're just trying to get attention. That's all.
well dev team doesn't seem to exist due to not having professional profiles on linkedin or otherwise,
site was setup a month ago using free app,
promises of verification in hours on Thursday never happened,
trying to get the whales attention is right is no other way but to tag,
dont want to see good people get taken by scams and further the scam label steemit has
Seriously you are one of the worst person I ever met in my life. You are literally threatening people that "remove your post otherwise I will flag you and will tell my whale friends to flag you", I mean what type of hero are you if somebody say Bitcoin is a scam like jp Morgan said, so if I made a post explaining Bitcoin than you will say I should remove my post because btc is a scam and why should anyone remove thier personal post steemit is not your property so you can threaten people and you are not having any ethics you are giving threats to girls also. What type of human being are you?....shame on you
the suggestive comments ye make are a joke,
and whats with the references to people who say bitcoin is a scam?
these are unfounded statement, the ones on AIOS are fact.
i gave all of ye who were promoting this scam a chance to remove the promotion by commenting on informing was a scam with a link to the post detailing it
it would have been easier for me just to post links but i wanted to show ye some common courtesy and give ye a chance to show the community ye were mislead but its evident with the flag attack on my posts and comments being made whats going on.
Who are you to give someone a chance. You are not getting the point bro, you are not a God of steemit so everyone should follow your orders, if someone don't want to delete his/her post than who are you to give him/her orders to delete the post specially you are threatening everyone to remove the post otherwise you will tell your whale friends to flag them. I mean common man blackmailing is not a good thing .
well i saw the post @cryptick made on AIOS being a scam
there is no law so it is up to users to help other users and to stop abusers,
i informed it was a scam showed link to information on,
said was going to make post and that posts sould be deleted to avoid flags,
not deleting shows full support for scam,
If i had whale friends would be rich already lol
i only notified a few i thought might help,
was no blackmail is trying to prevent scam.
Well, but what right do you have to use a Shutterstock photo here? Do you too need a flag?
He likely needs several of them since he's also spamming the chat channels with his link and using a tag that notifies everyone
please @shadowspub check the information reagarding before you flag,
the reason of the urgency of the @here on steemitchat was due to me not wanting anyone to get taken in by this blatant scam ICO.
have you checked the information regarding the mass promotion of this scam?

shutterstock image with watermark and the website listed is within copyright use,
they are royalty free images
I have no interest in the aios discussion but I wanted to point out as someone that uses and sells photos through many agencies such as shutterstock that you are misinformed about proper use of those watermarked images.
Royalty free means that you do not have to pay a royalty per use after the licensing fee is paid. For instance under a non royalty free license you would pay a license fee and then have to pay an additional royalty fee for each copy so if you used an image in a book you might pay a 500 dollar fee and then 10 cents per copy sold if it was used on the cover. Royalty free does not mean you can use the image for free.
The watermarked image is provided as a comp image for use in design. Typically this means that while you are designing a website or some other material you use the comp image to make sure it works well with your design before paying for the un-watermarked image.
Your post would be considered a final product which means that you are distributing their copyrighted material without paying them which is indeed a copyright violation.
do you really sell and use images?
because the first thing you said was i misused due to footage comp license
this is about video not images
dont worry about me following copyright i have a very good understanding on and wouldn't act outside of it,
it seems you are trying to attack character maybe get some votes of scammers
That quote is not from me. I didn't mention footage only comp. I have no idea what you are talking about with character. I only said you were misinformed. You do not have a good understanding of copyright and what you are doing is 100 percent illegal.
If you are so sure of yourself why don't you email [email protected] and ask them if that is a legal use of their image.
What makes you think that it would be ok to use someone else's work from a site that sells licenses to that work without paying for its use. I don't think you will take the time to read this but here is a direct quote from their terms of use. Note that I am not quoting from the license because you haven't purchased one so you are bound to the terms of use instead.

sorry i thought you were user below i replied through blog and didn't check.
you are right on the use of i thought having paid for subscription before i had rights to use one a image a week royalty free and within fair use.
this isn't true and is only concerning blog images posted by shutterstock.
and fair use wasn't really accurate since this post was paying out.
i have removed images and in future will buy proper license before posting
I see. Will you please enlighten me further on it?
The licensing terms on its website clearly mentions :
So using a watermarked image here is in violation of its terms.
from that specific part you picked out of context says this
they are royalty free
I don't know how you found it out of context!
The message you have quoted here refers to "Under the Standard License". Royalty-free images does not imply they are "Free for everyone". They are royalty-free under the license.

Here is the pricing for their Standard License and other types of subscriptions:
https://www.shutterstock.com/subscribe
yes,
you said a footage comp license this is describing video
is out of context,
please leave some flags if it will end this conversation
Had already put one. Will take it back when I understand your point.
Well, I just quoted to point you towards the terms & usage rights of the website. You can find more details on its website. It clearly mentions:
You can go and read on in more detail there. But you haven't given me any reference where the website expressly allows you to use the watermarked picture. Waiting for your reference.
I support that you raised your voice against it but you have mentioned innocent people in here who were trapped by Aios just like you. The only difference is that they posted an article about it before it came into light that Aios is a scam. They are on the same page as you and they are neither in the team of AIOS nor do they support it. If they do not want to waste all their efforts they put in writing a post and do not want to delete their post and chaos/mess their wall by putting a deleted post, then please don't force or flag them. If you actually truly want to support the cause then target the Aios team, not the ones who just wrote an article about it some days back.
I hope you carry enough logical sense to distinguish between them and i hope you are intelligent enough to understand what I am trying to inform here.
I have zero knowledge or interest in AIOS or its ICO and found about it after @isacoin used @ here tag on steemit.chat.
While usually I find such behavior ( attention seeking ) repulsive, In this case I am thankful for it.
I don't think that at this point the posts regarding AIOS deserve flagging.
Better way of doing things :
The people that had written about the ICO should be given time to edit their posts and at least mention the possibility of AIOS being a scam, on the base that the people doing the ICO are anonymous, use stock photos as their faces, and can not be found on any site with serious identity checking ( like LinkedIn.com ).
Only after that we could start talking about flags for the ones that didn't edit their posts.
You cannot ask someone to change what they post on their personal blog !!! It is their will !!
I am sorry if what I wrote came out like that.
I was not advocating for us to force anyone to edit their posts against their will.
I tried pointing out that on Steem, there are other options than the flag hammer.
The cool part is - you could always update your posts and address any issue that came after you've made them.
And in this case your update can skip the scam part and just point out that, as an example - you like the project, or that you joined not by putting money, but sweat. Or you could add (as many traders do) that your opinion shouldn't be taken as investment advice.
There are a lot of ways to stay positive and conflict free.
Yeah we know what is the cool part and we know how to edit but if someone believes that aios is not scam. so is it right to say you have to remove that post otherwise I will flag you and by the way who are you to point anyone or give time to edit thier post ,its people wil whether they want to remove thier post or not.steemit is decentalised and let it be and don't try to become its centre of attraction or try to handle it .
I think flagging a personal opinion
without at least trying to discuss it,
is not right.
In such cases I prefer 'agreeing to disagree'.
i believe all were commented on and promotion of @cryptick post was spread between there circles since all are connected,
they can remove if they are worried about flags probably wouldn't be an issue,
leaving the posts after @cryptick commented is,
also @tech-trends flagging the comments @cryptick left says was known well what they were doing.
You cannot ask someone to write or delete something on their personal blog. It's their wish. You can say when they again post anything about it. I said above , seems like you didn't read my comment CAREFULLY, so will say again!! What about their efforts in writing the post? Can you give them their efforts and time back if they delete their post? Or can you clear their wall with one post saying - "Deleted". If you can do that, I bet and guarantee that everyone of them will delete it .
if its a obvious scam whose details have been shown and they dont remove themselves should be flagged because regular people who will see will use link and may invest getting robbed,
to say a scam promotion should be left because their was work involved and looked good makes no sense,
scams shouldn't be allowed to be promoted full stop,
yes it is easy to edit and put message like this a few users have already
Or you could start with writing a comment on the posts,
expressing your opinion.
While flagging obvious scam promotion is something that I support, attacking people that share their personal experience,
without trying to discuss it, as part of the comments to their posts
is not something that I'd do.
well over 15 users involved,
this is an organised promotion of this scam and im sure all are getting paid to do so.
who wouldn't remove content that was once thought to be legit but was commented on by another user 2 days ago informing whos comments were then flagged down and hidden from view,
who be the right thing to do if weren't in it for the money
