Steem dollars’s price grows - what we should expect in the future?
From December 1, 2017, the price of Steem dollars increased from $1.29 to $12.77. Such a rapid growth of more than 10 times caused a boom around the coin at the leading cryptocurrency exchanges. The market capitalization of SBD approached $ 52 million.
Simultaneously, the Steem’s rate rose from $0.15 at the beginning of this month to $3.55. The price of the token has grown more than 23 times! Its market capitalization exceeded $871 million.
What is behind such a rocket rally is hard to say unequivocally. Perhaps a sharp drop in Bitcoin affected the market of altcoins, as a result of which sudden castling occurred among the tokens. So, recently the market participants were puzzled by the sudden increase in the rate of IOTA and Cardano, which entered the top 10 cryptocurrencies this month.
At the moment we can say unequivocally that Steem maintains a “bullish” trend. After the coin touched the level of $4.16, we can expect that it will try to reach a new record.
As for SBD, its price has slightly stabilized, but has maintained its upward trend. If it doesn’t break through the support line at $11.67, we can expect its further growth. Although, perhaps, it will not be so fast.
