leonArdo - The Crypto Trading Bot You Need!!!steemCreated with Sketch.

in #bitcoin7 years ago

Do you want to trade cryptos but don’t have the time to sit in front of the screen to watch for those opportune moments to make the trade? The crypto market is open 24/7 but you need your beauty sleep. Have you considered automated trading? Sounds ominous doesn’t it and only the big boys have access to trading bots so it’s going to cost me an arm and leg to get one!

Well you are totally wrong if you think this way. Automated trading is very accessible and does not have to be very expensive. Let me introduce you to leonArdo.

leonardo-with-desc.png

leonArdo is the trading bot I am currently using and I can say that my experience with it has only been positive. When trading I can make rash decisions based on my emotions, leonArdo will trade without emotion – of course it’s a bot. It will patiently wait for the price to come to it to make the trade and not chase the price action of the currency pair.

Unlike you or I, leonArdo never sleep (unless you switch off the computer) so it can trade 24/7. What better way to make money whilst you are sleeping!

Introducing The leonArdo Trading Bots

leonArdo currently comes bundled with two trading strategy bots:

• Ping Pong Strategy
• Margin Maker Strategy

Just as the name suggest, the ping pong strategy allows you set a buy and sell price and the bot will do the rest. The mArgin maker strategy is a little more advance and can buy and sell based on price action adjusting with the course direction of the market. Setting up the trading bots is very simple and very intuitive which can be done using the graphical interface - just drag and drop.

leonArdo, currently places trades based on price action however future updates will include a strategy editor to trade based on your preferred trading indicator with many more improvements.

Markets Traded

Currently leonArdo allows trading on a large number of markets and these include Bittrex, Poloniex, Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Okcoin, OkcoinCNY and very soon to be released trading on Kraken. leonArdo also allows trading on the BTC-e but the recent news of the closing of the exchange means that this is no longer one of the options.

Combined Exchange logo.png

The closing down of BTC-e meant that leonArdo customers would be out of pocket as a result. Marginsoftware has graciously offered to all leonArdo customer who bought trading package for BTC-e the option to switch exchange at no charge.

If you trade multiple markets, you only have to login into leonArdo to get access to all your markets in one go. For example, if you trade on Bittrex and Bitfinex, just login into leonArdo and you will have instant access to both market. There is no more need to login into Bittrex and Bitfinex separately.

Logging in to exchange platform become obsolete with leonArdo unless you need to use deposits withdrawals and other administrative features.

Traded Currency Pair

All exchange trade different currencies pair and Leonardo allow you trade whatever the currency pairs that are traded on the exchange. If the exchange you selected trades BTC and ETH currency pairs then leonArdo will also allow you to trade those same BTC and ETH currency pairs.

So in short, whatever is traded on the exchange you can do it on leonArdo.

Tutorials

leonArdo is very intuitive and any newbie can set up the bot very quickly to begin trading. There is not much literature in the way of a .pdf document help or online help at this point but a number of YouTube tutorials are available to get you started. You must pay close attention to what is being said and done in these tutorials to help set up your bots.

Do not expect marginsoftware to tell you how it is done as it may encroach on giving you financial advice which they are not allowed to do for obvious reasons. I believe that this is the best approach for all parties concerned because that way you can explore and find out the intricacies of leonArdo and how to effective use it to your advantage.

Customer Support

Their customer support is second to none. Currently a support email or a query posting to the leonArdo bitcointalk forum will be answered in a day or two. The person who is the face of this is non-other than the CEO of marginsoftware, Jonathan Maycock.

Being such a young company, a response from the CEO adds that personal touch and also makes sure that any queries relating to the leonArdo are dealt with post haste. Just go on the bitcointalk forum and you will find Jonathan there ready to respond to your quries.

You will also be surprised the numbers of appreciative comments that are written and yes, there are also a few comments left by trolls.

Value for Money!

leonArdo beats the rest of the field when it comes to value for money. Whilst competitors charge a high fee or monthly fees for the use of their trading bot marginsoftware only charges a one-time lifetime fee. I cannot say whether this one-time fee structure will change in the future as leonArdo becomes more powerful and more developed, to me it is certainly is a no brainer to buy now and join the team.

A one-time fee for access to one exchange only cost $89 and payment for the leonArdo is made in bitcoin. As of writing this post bitcoin is priced at $4260 so leonArdo is availblr for approximately 0.021BTC. leonArdo is a total steal.

If you want to try before you buy, “No Problem!” Marginsoftware allows you to download the full version of leonArdo which you can use in demo mode. You will be trading in realtime but without real money.

My leonArdo Experience to Wanna Be Bot Traders

There is no one size fit all trading strategy. You need to look at each currency pair and set up the bot parameters based on the behavior of each currency pair. Yes, each currency pair will have their own trading characteristic.

You need to consider the volume of trading for the currency under consideration. There is no point trading a currency pair with a volume of just few BTC, the market is not deep enough. Look for pairs that are not subjected to pump and dump, but rather trade with a mostly sideways/horizontal profile. leonArdo works best in these kind of markets. You are looking to consistently buy and sell with a small profit each time.

The most important feature I have found in leonArdo is the “Min. effective gain” setting. This features allows you to set the minimum profit on each trade. Set the gain to positive and leonArdo will only make profitable trades for you. However there comes a time when you may need to make a loss. For example, if the market starts to trend downwards then a positive setting will limit you bot buy/sell action because your last trade cannot be traded profitability until the trend move back up. By setting a small negative gain of say -0.5% will allow the bot to still trade on a downward trending market taking a loss on a trade now and again.

Like all bots, leonArdo is not a set and go away bot. You still need to regularly check in on leonArdo to make tweaks, trade more profitable currency pairs and get out of those which are slowly dying.

Where Can You Buy It?

Just click on my referral link http://marginsoftware.de/pricing-id85706.html and it will automatically take you to the purchase page where you can obtain your copy.

This is not a HYIP/MLM referral program or similar though I do get a small one time commission from those who purchase using my link.

leonArdo is still in beta and under going vast updates and improvments so there are still limitations but for the price that is being asked don’t let this opportunity pass you by.

I wrote this article myself and it expresses my own opinions. Computer literacy is crucial in this day and age. Just because someone tells you it is good does not mean that it is good for you.

Good Luck!

Learn more about the @resteembot project in the introduction post.

@marcusxman I will definitely take a look at this on bitcointalk.org and on the website to learn more. The trading bots that I have used in the past did not measure up but if you have a developer that is constantly updating the bot that is a different and what is required.

They are a relatively young company so constantly evolving and improving. Joanthan Maycock the CEO is very responsive on Bitcointalk and by email especially when you pose questions and problems.

@marcusxman yeah after reading your post I went over to bitcointalk and started looking at some of the post. Pretty interesting as I have never really been a fan of trading bots but I know that people are having success with them. However, I may decide to test the waters with this one. Thank you for sharing the information and for making a post on it.
