Just about every alt-coin was in an absolute frenzy over the past week as Bitcoin has been slowly losing its dominance over the market. The CRAZY BTC fees have put off new investors who aren't familiar with the technology or the ins and outs of transferring different cryptocurrencies. They have begun to explore alternative methods and projects especially ones that are faster, cheaper and allow novelty functions like privacy. Irrational exuberance can be dangerous, however, so always approach bull markets with caution!

Eventually Bitcoin will come back with a vengeance and it won't be pretty!

Today I used three different indicators and trading tools: Bollinger Bands, Stochastics and MACD

Bollinger Bands show the low and high ranges at 14,200-15,200 and the moving average to be around $14,700

Stochastics show OVERBOUGHT conditions with a little more room to go higher

MACD suggest a bullish crossover at the zero line but must maintain buy volumes to prevent a reversal.

They say "Never forget where you came from." Well I guess the same could be said for Bitcoin :) We have seen prices stabilize in the $14,500-$15,500 range over the past day and are just waiting for that next wave of cash to spark that next bull run.

Likely Scenarios:

• BTC tests the $15,500- $16,000 resistance zone before falling back down somewhat to the $14K-$15K zone again
• We continue to bounce between $14,000 and $15,500 due to low volumes and falling demand
• A massive pop in volumes sends us past the resistance and settles the new support above $16K

TLDR Version:

Bitcoin is here to stay but is slowly regaining its momentum after losing a tremendous chunk of market cap. Expect prices to hover above $14K and attempt $16K by tonight.
