It could be a while because they aren't allowing new customers on Bittrex OR Binance now and Bitfinex already stopped US customers from going there a few months ago. Every exchange is being inundated with new customer accounts and they simply cannot keep up. The market is experiencing some growing pains but this could be a great time to really jump in because people want it even more now they can't have it!
