So they give you a separate bowl of juice so you can as much or as little as you like...is that how it works?
The noodle usually comes in soup or dried version in many places.
For the soup version, the noodle is in the soup.
For the dry version, the noodle is mixed with sauces and they usually give you a small bowl of soup on the side.

For the bird singing contest do people bring there own birds and see which one sounds the best or do people try to imitate a bird sound themselves?
The bring their birds and I think its the bird sing that is judge.
