Hi Evlach! Your season is the opposite to mine in Canada. My bananas went black in a couple days with the heat wave.
Mushy bananas are great for making banana bread. :-)
And you're absolutely right about that, @evlachsblog. We can't forget that some of the world is havin' winter right now. So forget about banana smoothies for you... instead, how 'bout some nice, warm banana bread right out of the oven. Yummilicious! ๐

There are so many yummy things you can use bananas in, and one of the best to beat the summer heat is a cool, refreshing Banana Smoothie! ๐
Banana smoothies sound great, I have a recipe - Put in blender:
2 Bananas, 1/2 c. Milk, 1/2 c. Yogurt, 2tsp. Honey, Pinch of cinnamon and c. of ice. Strawberries could be added as long as the banana doesnโt get jealous. ๐ ๐ ๐
oh, we like mingling with strawberries, Joannabanana. In fact, we're pretty much a-ok with all other fruits,
except sometimes Professor Bananington expresses his dislike for certain fruits, like apples and plantains, which he sees as banana imposters.
But other than that, It's All Good. ๐ ๐
