I'm sure I speak for many when I say that I believe humans will land on Mars within my lifetime (I'm 33 at the moment). Anyway, me being such a huge space fan, I've naturally done a lot of spacey art. This is the first of many I'll show you.
It is supposed to represent both the micro and macro worlds:
An atom, and a star.
And how awesome is that poem by Asimov? I just had to use it! =)

“Tell me why the stars do shine,
Tell me why the ivy twines,
Tell me what makes skies so blue,
And I'll tell you why I love you.
Nuclear fusion makes stars to shine,
Tropisms make the ivy twine,
Raleigh scattering make skies so blue,
Testicular hormones are why I love you.”
― Isaac Asimov

Wow this is really awesome! Crazy how the micro and macro-cosmos resemble each other so much! I am also a huge space fan, and what Elon Musk/Space X are doing is so inspirational! He is probably one of my favorite humans, and to me, one of the most important for changing things for the better. I've been enjoying your page and what you write about man! See ya around :)
One of my favourite humans too! =) Along with Douglas Adams, Carl Sagan, Frank Herbert, Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins, Christopher Hitchens and many others...
And thank you man, that is high praise. I hope I continue not to disappoint.
A lot of those people make my list as well! Gotta love science ;)
Hi, I found some acronyms/abbreviations in this post. This is how they expand:
Estrella Valency
Great Work!
Steem On My Friend!
Thank you Tim =) ... Got a new look going on there, I see? hehe
Also, not sure what you meant with Estrella Valency .. I even googled it ;P
I made it up it's a play on words kind of. Estrella for star and Valency for the electrons of chemical bonds. The words came to mind when I was studying your artwork and pondering what you and Asimov had to say! =)

"Great assignment! Thank you for detailing your learning experience from the beginning... The only time I ever wrote a tutuorial, that was how I did it... Simply recording my own trials as I started (this was with fractal software) and it ended up being a great success. The appeal is in the honesty =)
I look at accounts like @purepinay and am honestly rather intimidated. Not only about imagining how I'm going to get @mandelsage there, but also at the thought of such high-calibre accounts ever noticing a minnow like me. I guess all you can do is write your best, and hope for the best. Thanks for sharing, dear classmate =) Looking forward to your next post in our #dolphinschool adventure."
that's where I found you. I really appreciate you guys sharing good stuff here in Steemit. Even if I may not be able to visit your blog or other steemians blog due to the number of people I have to engage with, I would like to let you know that I am honored that you noticed my blog.
I was also a minnow once, your time will come just give out your best and always invest in yourself, don't forget to power up if you can! ^_-

Thank you so much for this thoughtful reply, @purepinay - or Gilaine =) ... I understand completely, of course. I'll continue to draw on your behaviour as an inspiration. 5 to 6 months to get where you are is incredibly impressive - you're obviously doing something right.
Thank you for the advice and once again, for the thoughtfulness. Feel free, if you have an extra minute or so, to take a look at my other artwork.
