Pixel Art Weekly Contest!! Win Steem!!!!! (Week 2)
Welcoming all artists to participate in my Pixel Art Weekly Contest, where your pixel prowess can win you STEEM!!!!
Contests will begin on Mondays, at which point the theme for the week will be revealed.
On Fridays I will post the top 3 and allow steemit users to vote for the final winner.
Winners will be announced on Sundays and will be rewarded half of all steem raised on that weeks posts.
To participate, contestants must put their entry in the comments below. They must also upvote and resteem the post.
Tag any personal posts of your entry with the hashtag PixelArtWeekly.
Bonus points will be awarded for animated gifs.
All entries must be original works of art.

It is hella a good. Now I move on to the other fishes....scammers beware -- I am digging deeper now.
I'm hoping his fall from 800+ dollars to less than a red lobster meal on his post is enough to discourage most scammers that would come on here.

This is awesome and I already have my pixel octo done! However when you say put it in the comment, do you mean upload it to a site like imgur and post the link?

You can use any hosting site of your choice
Or you can drag and drop if your browser allows...I use steemit from my phone and can't do that personally... So I use photobucket to generate image urls

Also, shouldn't you wait a week for all the votes to roll in?
What are you talking about in regards to waiting...the post clearly describes how the contest works...votes are only counted over the weekend.
Why? That seems short.
You could overlap - In 1 week you could have 3 posts for 3 contests at 3 different stages: a) theme announcement, b) voting, c) winner announcement.
In this way each of your posts could collect votes and be interactive for a whole week and each contest would actually last 2 weeks plus a congratulations week.
Maybe I'm just talking out my ass. Or thinking with it. I dunno.

Nah... Only because I really don't have to let anyone vote... I'm simply doing it for the additonal interaction...to help it build some following.
Besides, with steem contests, people like to win and get paid quickly, not wait weeks for it.
Besides...I literally just started it...as it grows, I'll make changes if I see the need.

You have from Monday to Friday.
People can vote Sat and Sun.
Winner announced Sunday night
Rinse and Repeat.
Silky smooth.
Octopus is interpretive however...for example you could do doc ock.
Either way, you got some pixel in ya...so enter the contest!
