All those kisses
All those twisted memories
All those false illusions
When you think you know everything
But you really don't know anything
Some were hot
Hotter than life
Some were cold
Colder than death
They are all here
They are all forgotten
Old and young
Wet and dry
It is never too late to die.
I discovered Neil Gaiman twenty years too late. Now I am catching up on reading his books. A great personal discovery.
I am certain that Neil is an old favourite for many of you.
A short poem above is a poor try of catching one tiny instant from his book American Gods. There is so much more in the book. To capture it entirely would end up in writing another book.
