Hello steemians friends I hope and find it excellent past during this time I kept away. Life happens, time runs and nothing stops.

Time is limiting for each person and it is worth highlighting the results he has obtained, many people work, study and others simply do not dedicate themselves to more, but the essential is the legacy that can be left through the facts and knowledge that have been acquired by the good use of time where they can be supplied in our lives and be of greater beneficence for the use of an individual or what could be enhanced by their proper way to know how to manage in their time.

It is true that there should be a break since everything in excess is bad, but this rest is given by obtaining a gratitude that a person establishes for his fairness in obtaining the proposed, thus giving that glorious rest. They relax, try to think about what they will propose again and so it will be the majority of their lives, where it is very busy but it is what they have established to feel safe.

Stress.

This word is established as the level of fatigue of an individual by the amounts of things that have happened to them for a short time damaging their health, decreasing their self-esteem and feeling less person because of their level of exhaustion by not performing what they want, being so that it may fail in what the individual is established. A serious advice! Manage the time of the individual so that this does not happen and be favored both personally and proposed.

So it's best to relax and take things easy, set goals that can be profitable, make wise decisions, think ahead in doing things and be smart in doing all the above.
