INITIATIVE
I've been thinking about how we all can CELEBRATE OUR STEPS while increasing engagement and positivity throughout @Actifit, the Steem Blockchain, and around the world. I believe I have hit upon an idea that I would like to try!
Throughout the week (especially on Friday!) I will be making a focused effort to read as many #Actifit Activity Reports as I can! I'm going to give an up-vote and comment with a digital #HighFive on all the posts that inspire and motivate me to STEP FOR CANCER RESEARCH FOR THE NEXT 7 DAYS! (Please check out the #EveryStepCounts Initiative.)
REWARD
Anyone who, in turn, up-votes AND comments with a #HighFive ON THIS POST will be entered in this weeks random draw for 5 Steem! Thatโs a 5 for a #HighFive from my hand to yours!

Now that it's Saturday I can only say I hope you had a High Five Friday! We picked up the grandkids on Friday and it's been nonstop action ever since.

No plans yet, just working and actifitting ๐ as usual. It is actually our 'winter' here in Nairobi. July is the coldest month๐ฑ but no snow involved. Mostly cloudy with highs of 63F and lows of 55.

Hahaha! Well! Hereโs the thing Vic! I have made a slight switch up to how I implement the #HighFive Initiative. The #HighFive post that shows up in my feed on Fridayโs should be considered a flag where we can all gather throughout the week to celebrate our wins! What this means is that EVERY day is #HighFive Day! All you need to do is find the most recent #HighFive post on my feed and leave a thoughtful comment! (Commenting / #HighFiveโs to other people commenting / Celebrating is also highly recommended!) You have an entire week until I hand out a random 5 Steem #HighFive!
Please let everybody know! And stay posted my friend! Theirs going to be further adjustments / improvements to the #HighFive Initiative!

I see that you have added "!COFFEEA 15" to your comment? I'm guessing this has something to do with the Steem Engine platform right? Have you developed a token using the platform?
Well I have managed over 11k steps to do taking my boy and his friend out around a lake and a park - so step counts are good. In fact the stepping isnโt the problem - itโs doing the posts !
Yes !COFFEEA in a comment rewards who you are replying to with one of my COFFEEA tokens - you can see them in steem-engine.com I created it as a fun way to share and reward people.

We were a commercial roaster, and after I retired we just kept roasting for friends and a few die hard customerโs that love our roast!๐
