My Actifit Activity Log [11.20.2018] HEALTH COMPOUNDERS

Hey all! Let’s dive right in!

So to begin with... fundamentally health is based on the following 3 aspects of wellness and 1 compounding factor I call “Special Focus [SF]”.

  • Spirit [EQ]
  • Mind [IQ]
  • Body [FQ]

Those of you who have been following along will know that my recent focus is on the importance of goal setting.

What I’m implying here is that, if one is to set effective goals, one must set S.M.A.R.T. GOALS (For more about this please refer to previous posts.) involving each of the above health categories.

In combination, activities that fall within each of these health cornerstones is what compounds results negatively or positively so having a better understanding of each one makes a lot of sense.

Over the next couple days I will cover each of these health compounders beginning with “Spirit [EQ]”. I will also cover how each of these specific categories influence each other and how to analyze activities to see what is the driving motivation behind those activities.

So! Thank you for all your positive input @practicaleric! According to my university studies the professors always said there was 3 health categories to be concerned with. Since becoming a personal fitness trainer 10 years ago I have since discovered a 4th aspect of health (other than sleep) that unlocks the full potential of the other 3 commonly known ones. I briefly mentioned it at Special Focus [SF].

Well anyways! I’m always happy when your comments show up in my feed. It’s good to know your getting something from what I’m writing about.
