Actifiters, tomorrow is Monday and that means back to work.

I ended this week with an off day. No workout, but I had to pick up around the house, go to church, and we took the kids swimming over at a friend's house. We decided to walk there. It was a 15 minute walk each way, but I carried my tired 6 year old on the way back. It was like hiking with a 53 lb. workout vest.

Now, enjoying the evening with my wife. See you all tomorrow.
