First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.

After what has felt like twenty days and nights of rain, finally today the sun has come back! So of course it's been the perfect time to top up my Easter tan.

And collect green fly! There are hundreds about at the moment, and they seem to not care what they land on - I mean do I look like a plant?

So it's been the perfect weather for another trip to the park with my boy and his friend.

Back to the skate park as well, they like this Victoria Park.

The sun beating down super heated up the metal work of the ramps though, they were burning hot to touch.

I like this tree, it must be special it has it's own walled base and path round it.

I managed to zoom in on the butterfly before it flew away, it is very well camouflaged.

Being boys we had to scramble up a muddy slope of course, it was steeper then it looks!

These are the only flowers I found, although there were loads of them in patches all over.

Then we found a field with a path running through it.

Passed the abandoned building, of course we had to investigate it.

It was pretty much gutted, there had been a fire at some time so most wood work was gone with charred remains of the roof struts. We did find this cool old sack cart next to it - kind of funny to just find this sat on it's own in the undergrowth.

Further along the path we found this old abandoned garage.

And then onto a much more solid path.

It's a long walk back to where we started, the boys are getting thirsty.

Time for a rest on this unusual bench.

What is this, snow on the path? No surprisingly it's millions of dandelion seeds, quite funny how they have decided to collect along this area.

A fluffy white carpet at the side of the path.

We are getting close to where we started off from.

And then back home for more outdoor fun before the sun set's. Quite a #SublimeSunday indeed.
