Curating #actifit posts with me @c0ff33a ☕️
Admittedly this isn't me curating @actfit posts, I'm admiring my entire Silver coin collection - 2 coins - both of which were from @saffisara I really ought to purchase some myself some time!
This week I took some time out to curate posts using the #actifit tag, I'm always upvoting @actifit posts anyway because many of the people I follow use the app - but this was a concerted effort to go through the posts using the tag - and I was really impressed there are so many active users posting their fitness activity - and also making the posts content rich with pictures and story, making for really enjoyable posts.
If you are new to @actifit, you can find the app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It uses your smart device in built fitness tracking to monitor your steps - at the end of the day you can use the app to post direct to the Steem Blockchain your days activity, including a description and pictures. @actifit upvote the posts to support it's active users.
You can also support @actifit by delegating to them, or visit this post and show your support to the @actifit Witness getting a vote from @minnowsupport.
Another busy day roasting coffee and packing a crate with equipment to be shipped to an exhibition stand in London.

The greatest challenge we face on Steemit is getting our posts seen, I have always believed the simplest and best value way of doing this is by commenting on the blog posts of others, the more you engage people and interact with them the greater the chance they will visit your own blog and return the favour. Funny enough @edthecanadian, I was thinking the same thing (the coffee not the silver).... I only managed 7k and I did a 3mike run.
But @c0ff33a if you want more silver, next time I do a big buy, you can hope on and I'll send them your way
Thank you very much, it’s amazing how many steps I can end up doing going from the roaster to the office and back. I had to pack a 1kg roaster and stand stuff into a big pallet crate and seal that up so that made up a load of activity too.
I’m not sure I can handle any more Silver thanks.
