In early 2018, I accidentally found out about Steemit. I can say that my entire 2018 is closely related to this site. I can tell you I've been here a long time. And also I spend a lot of time writing posts for Steemit.

I was scared to start blogging because I don't know English well. It's the truth. I know that often my lyrics sound funny because of translation errors. My husband knows English well, sometimes when he has time he points them out. At these moments I am very ashamed of these mistakes. But at the same time I am very grateful to all my readers who read my posts, vote for them, and write me good comments.

So, my year 2018 started with understanding what cryptocurrencies are, their rates, and what I can do with them. I didn't know anything before! My husband helped me figure it out. It was a new world for me.

I started learning how to edit and write posts. And I started painting again! I haven't painted in years...and I thought I lost my skills. But now I want to develop them more and more.

My first posts were picking up a few cents. I even rejoiced when the post was gaining more than 3 cents.

I participated in photo contests and posted my pictures in the style of traditional Chinese painting.

This is the first successful post I've ever had that got Curie's vote. I was happy!!

Then the luck began to turn to me more often! I started writing travel posts - because I have a lot of stories and photos about travel. I also began to make step-by-step posts with drawing in the style of Chinese painting. After that, I started to get more support from Steemit community. And get this until now.

My stories about the trip to the Dead sea received a great response from readers.

It was also interesting for me to talk about how I paint traditional Chinese painting and decorate my paintings. I met a lot of people who love art.

One of the biggest achievements of 2018 was my acquaintance with people from different parts of the world! Basically, they are all related to art. This was due to Steemit!!! This is amazing!

In order to develop my artistic abilities, at the end of the summer I began to engage in another kind of art-to study watercolor painting, as well as another style of Chinese painting - gunbi

Of the failures I can only list my long illness in November, when I was sitting at home for three weeks. But at the same time it gave me more time to paint :)

And also to the failure I can refer the fall of the Steam rate. I dreamed that I would earn enough money to buy a new MacBook, and that money would be enough for my dream trip to Japan... But the reality is that almost a year later I have 440 SP, and the cost of my account does not exceed $200

But I want to believe in the future! I dream that someday I will have enough money to buy a new MacBook and spend it on the journey of my dreams.

Let it happen in 2019!
