Why I would make a good Steem Country Representative for Bangladesh

Everybody's intereste in the Steemit platform is growing day by day.As people are increasingly interested in steemit platform. So the decision to select CR at this time is very important. It will be possible to guide more people through this. Thanks to ''The Steem Team'' giving us such an opportunity.

Joining Steemit platform was a memorable day in my life. Finally I will discuss my experience and my effort on steemit platform. I have experience working with four of best community. Includes Best Of Bangladesh , Steem-Bangladesh, Steemfoods, The Seemit City. I have been helping Bangladeshis in these communities in various ways. I am ready to take on more responsibilities. My application for the country representative position of Bangladesh.

Who l am?
I am @sm-shagor. I live in Kushtia district of Bangladesh.I have completed graduation in Management subject from South Asia University. Besides, I am working as a marketing advisor to two big reputed business organizations.I have completed a one year course on Information Technology(IT).
My Steem history
I have had ideas about the Steemit platform since 2017.I joined my favorite steemit platform on 12th August 2020. Nine months have passed since joining the Steemit platform. In 9 months I have been able to gain different experiences about this platform. I am first Bangladeshi to complete ALL achievements in the Newcomers' Community. community.. I completed achievement within 25 days.. That's why I was selected as a pro newcomer from the Newcomers' Community ...In honor of @cryptokannon delegate me 1000SP. It was really very inspiring for me.After graduating from the New commercs , I have helped many newcomers to the achievement program and still do.
I have participated in spud4steem at various times. And l have been a one-time winner.
If you look at the work in these nine months, you can see how active I am on the Steemit platform. I couldn't stay active in the steemit last month due to my eye problems. It was not possible to use any kind of electric device due to my eye problems.
My steem profile
My reputation 69.40 , Total post 315, total comments 1580 , total replies 1964. Total SP 3297 . My effective power 1238 . Total delegation 2058. These prove how active I am on the Steem platform.
We organized a tour to build interest in steemit of newcomers. I was able to create interest in the newcomers through the organization. So far I have joined about 15 people in steemit platform. I am always working actively in two groups for Bangladeshis.

I have worked in four communities so far. I am still working in three of these communities. I have been helping a user in these communities in various ways

I work as a '"SteemFoods Bangladesh MOD'" in this community.
We know that this is one of the best community on stemit Platform. I am representing Bangladeshis in the community. It has increased interest of Bangladeshis user towards the community. And they're collaborating in different ways to solve different problems and build better content. And I run a group called Steemfood Help Center.I have delegated 1000sp to this community.

- The community is run by me and @eh-shohag. The community opened a few days ago but has already begun to gain popularity. It is open to all Bangladeshis. The community has a Facebook group to provide all kinds of support. Here I support newcomers in a variety of ways.

I am working as a moderator in this community. As a moderator, I provide a variety of guidelines to users in this community and engage in a variety of activities. I also organize various competitions in the community.

So far I have organized more than 40++ competitions. Many have participated in the competition and shared their talent with us. I have two competitions going on this week.

Why do I deserve to be one of CR in Bangladesh
I have been working actively ever since I joined the Steemit platform. Which is more than 9 months. I have been working with several communities. I have gained all kinds of experience while working with community.Since I have been working with all the communities for a long time, I have developed a good understanding with user. I think I can work with my experiences. If you have experience with a job when you go to work. Then it is possible to perform the task very well. I think I can win the hearts of all users through work.
Besides, how many representatives are there in Bangladesh?So I have been working with the Bangladesh community for a long time and I have a very good understanding with them. For example, I regularly talk to @tarpan , @rex-sumon about different issues. By working together we can go much further.
First of all let me say that it is a matter of pride to be able to do any work for the country. I hope ""The steemit team"" will selected me as CR Bangladesh and give me opportunity to work for country.
