The Abandoned Church
Going down a walk in the Vercors, I passed in front of this small hamlet where there are only a few houses and this church and its small cemetery
It is really beautiful and its location allows us to see a part of Grenoble below, and a superb view of the Belledonne range
Seeing this old, abandoned church on the hillside is just such a beautiful sight! @cryptoyzzy shares some great images in this post; and it makes me wish to visit just to appreciate the architecture in person.

Prescription: SoCal Hot Tub
This conversation that my wife and I had some months ago continues to humor me to this day. Denise is not a comedian by trade. Yet by life, her sharp wit is highly impressive.
I drew this comic sitting in a chair next to the hot tub of our apartment complex in Pasadena while Denise enjoyed relaxing in the bubbly hot water.

What it Looked Like Out There This Week - People Photography & Messages (Saturday Post #2)
Rain or shine, every day of the week, city center in Liverpool, England, is packed full of people. I take the bus into center every morning to train. When I leave, weather permitting, I spend a couple of hours touring downtown. I like to check out the local street art, enjoy a few street performances, listen to some buskers before I make my way back to the Air B&B.
When you're out walking do you really pay attention to the people you pass by? I mean, really pay attention?

Mum Blog: Still Waiting...

I'm at 39 weeks and 1 day today which means I'm 6 days away from my official due date.
(My last post I thought I was at 39 weeks, I wasn't I was at 38.. I blame my app and my preggo lady brain..)
OH wow! Looks as if @bearone is in the home-stretch of adding to her family and home! Any day now...

Farewell Subs
This will be the last month where we will accept subs. We are trying to stay in line with the #newsteem rules and ideals and think it is time to let go.
Subs for November will still be accepted and those who subbed for more than one month will still get their sub upvotes. After November now new subs will be accepted.
We know not everyone can delegate or upvote for larger upvotes. Thus sending in steem allowed for a larger upvote for the month.
With the new hardfork so many things have changed and so must we. Sub prices have been reduced and we now only have 1 level.
SUB = 2 Steem for an upvote from 5000 SP
So how does that work?
Let's say you send 2 Steem with the memo sub OCT then you will get an upvote from @qurator similar to a 5000 SP account.
*We are aware that with the new HF upvote values are not a set in stone value like they used to be and their value jump around a lot according to how many upvotes you have on your post. We feel Q is giving a big enough bonus to make up the minimal monetary value of an upvote and things will indeed be profitable if you post often.
