Hello Steemit
Hello, Steemit community! My name is Thuy, 26 years old. I was born and brought up in Kon Tum province, a sunny and windy highland, which creates strong and single-hearted children. The Creative has given my hometown stretches of hills, majestic waterfalls, jungle-like forests, etc. Up to now, my children have been still filled up with jubilant memories with the cows on the green fields in windy days and bathing in the cool stream.

At the age of eighteen, I left my hometown and stepped into the lecture hall of Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry, which is full of vivid student memories. I, a little girl, pursue forestry which is hard with females. However, living close to the nature is my happiness. These are the pictures of my exciting forest trip in the practical section.

When graduating from university, to pursue my passion for trees, I opened a mini bonsai shop in the heart of Da Nang city. My simple happiness every day is to take care of many kinds of bonsai and decorate the beautiful flower pots for the customers by myself, capture lots of photos of succulent in the sun and watch the beautiful flowers in the sunset.
My hobby is traveling around Vietnam, grabbing cups of coffee with friends and cooking delicious dishes by myself. I’m currently living in Da Nang. I have got a great dream is to widen my succulent garden and combine it with succulent coffee named “Cafe Sen Da”. Finally, we wish the Steemit community in Vietnam becomes stronger and stronger.

Welcome aboard the steemit blockchain
thank you !
Hi Thuy! It is good to meet you here on Steemit. We share the same roots of being born in the province and grew up surrounded by nature. It will be a memory that will never escape me while my mind is still sound and not senile. 😃 While I am living in the city, going back to the province is something that will always be part of me, no matter what.
Forestry. I agree this is something that majority would think is not for a lady. But where is that thinking written as a rule? Well, you proved them wrong. That is a way to go with feminism. 👍
I admire your taking care of bonsais and succulents. I wonder how you take care of them because there was once I attempted to keep two pots, they both died. I grew up in a farm so I guess I am free to say that I know how to take care of plants there. But succulents? Is there something special in taking care of those plants?
It looks like we also share the love for traveling. So maybe I should go back to Vietnam and look for you in Da Nang? I am looking at the map and it is very far from Ho Chi Minh where we landed and had our vacation. It looks like Hanoi is a better option yeah? Hehehe... I'm just kidding. But kidding aside, we went to Ho Chi Minh few years ago when and where they had me mistaken as a local. A lady conductor was talking to me in your language and I was like... I was just looking at her. One of my friends laughed at me. Well, Vietnam is a nice place.
By the way, I featured your article on my post, Pay it forward: a warrior, a gardener and a music lover for the Pay it Forward Curation contest.
