Hey everybody, my name is Michael and welcome to my channel mitchiesfoodrace.
I have a very deep passion for food! Experimenting, looking for finger licking combinations and flavors is my way of being creative. When I find the perfect match or have flavor explosions on my taste buds I am in heaven…
This is an example of when I was in heaven… (upcoming recipe in one of my next posts)
Whenever I am not eating or cooking I have some other passions like health, spirituality, travelling (no holiday travel, not coming back home kinda travel..)

I am so grateful for these beautiful experiences!
I got to admit I am a bit of a health freak because I believe like many of us that the current medical system is just a business model to make huge profits. There is no profit in a healthy population…
So I would love to share my favorite kitchen discoveries
and adventures with you guys.
And I also like to help spread ancient hidden knowledge, suppressed science and truth!
I will do my best to be of great value to the community.
