How are you today...I hope y'll being good health. I decided to share my life succeeding opinions with your self. It's longer topic and I thought It will post number of parts. Here's number one part how to develop productivity of yours.
Increase the inhalation of oxygen air
Although the brain is only 3% of the size of the body, about 20% of the body's oxygen inhalation is used in the body. This shows that the smooth and effective functioning of the brain is clear on the need for oxygen. If you inhale more oxygen, your brain will increase your brain activity. Unfortunately, the present urban environment is often polluted with oxygen air. Carbon monoxide exiting vehicles extinguishes the entire system of the body. It's like providing a fuel for a car. Yep I know that peoples busy with working. But if they have going to fun activities indeed cinema and shopping why they couldn't find time for their better situation.
