Roseanne Cancelled because She Made Fun of her Sister - Comedy Open Mic Round 15

The big mouthed loud, obnoxious, witty and I never thought she was that funny anyways Roseanne that we all grew up with had her sitcom remake "Roseanne" canceled the other day because apparently ABC doesn't like jokes.

If you haven't heard, she made a "racist" remark about Valerie Jarrett, some busted politician via a twitter comment. She was responding to a comment and stated this:

Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj.

Upon hearing one of the first jokes I've ever heard come out of Roseanne's mouth it made me wonder if racism will ever be truly accepted in comedy. While I didn't know what Valerie looked like, I quickly looked her up and found this as the third result:

I couldn't help but notice that these two could be sisters so I did a little research. Roseanne had to get it in the butt to get where she's at while her sister slipped in through the political side and delivers the the butt ramming. Just couldn't stand for this and the sibling rivalry is evident. I mean just look at these two side by side, and no one is taking notice? With so many side by sides floating around, I think the internet is on the verge of noticing.

Getting offended is so last week

I can't believe that so many people got offended to just downright drop her crappy show like this but at the same time, with all the war hype, I can see that these kinds of jokes are probably going to be "too soon" for a long time, but it's just a little bit of sibling rivalry ABC.

With ABC dropping the ball on comedy, this is #comedyopenmic's chance to get @therealroseanne to participate in COM.
