In fantasia, where your wildest imaginations comes to life; Nothing is impossible!

I always wonder what thousands of Steems and Steem Powers in multiple accounts will do to the Steem Eco-system, or if i could just get a fraction of these tokens and see how i could change my world and that of folks around me. But this are just fantasies as i am no hacker or Steemit Inc so i'll probably just dream over and over again and make myself happy in my dreams.

From Steemit Dead Followers created by @mynameisbrian; you could check when last a dead user access their accounts. Not dead killed but inactive, and sadly several of these accounts holds some very hefty amount of steem/SBD and Steem Power...The Question on my mind is Where did they all go? If dormant accounts have an impact on the platform is not clear to me, but it is not a palatable to me to see many inactive accounts on a platform as superb as Steemit.

What could have happened to this folks?

Life could be "A Bitch at times", some of this users are actually Gone- departed form us(Know a few), while some had lost their keys making that account inaccessible to no one due to the irreconcilable factor Steemit. Others gave up on us and left, they do come back once in a while to check up on the look of things.

What if an account could be passed with it's assets to a family, relative or friend after over 12 months of in-activities? Adopting a Legacy feature like Facebook and other website is my best guess, but it's the Blockchain and i was told the Token and funds in any dead account is a goner!

A Challenge to All the Brainy and Techie Devs here!

This seems like a call to spar for all the Smart Devs and Programmers in the community, unfortunately i am not one so maybe i am just having wild guesses. If exchange platforms and it's funds could be hacked, this also is a possible feat to anyone who wants to look into it. @noisy and his cousin figured out months ago how to change password of compromised accounts, they did for some accounts without taking a dime out of it hence i presumed something similar could be done as well.

Does it increase the reward pool? Does it increase individual rewards? This questions i have no technical answers to except if someone feels like explaining to us steemians in simple language, the fact is that it pains me to see all those Steems/SBDs lie fallow in these accounts while we could use this funds for charity or fund different upcoming projects on Steemit.

My thoughts, my fantasies...

Only the Witness and maybe Steemit Inc. have the say, my suggestions is not in anyway a recommendation or instructional. The Witnesses have the decision to do whatever seems right when ever the time is right, until then; this are my little plans from the place called "FANTASY LAND"
