• Write with a sharpened pencil
• Gaze at a rainbow

• Stretch
• Gaze at the clouds lying in my back at the beach... or any place else.
• Gaze at the stars in a dark night
• Feel the smell of the wet earth when it rains
• Gaze at the moon at night... and day

• Eat ripe fruit
• Witness a sunset and... a sunrise
• Listen to the sea waves

• Taste a new flavor
• Listen to the birds singing when I wake-up... and after waking up
• Listen to the pouring rain when I’m lying in the bed
