in writing •  last year

Hello again, all vocab-able lovers of language.

This latest post comprises all the “M” entries of the Vocab-ability series. It includes many English words whose etymology can be traced to Greek and Latin roots.

If you learn one root, you can learn, understand, and use each and every English word derived from that root. Vocab-ability is an easy-to use resource guide to help you understand those roots.

In total, this Vocab-ability post features 21 entries that begin with the letter “M."

Hello @majes.tytyty you are really doing a great job of teaching vocabulary. Keep it up.

I've been sending people to you like crazy - I hope they are arriving. So many people have trouble with English or writing and I really appreciate this service being here.

·

I've had an uptick in followers and more and more upvotes for these Vocab posts. I'll assume some of them have come through your promotion. (But I can't really see if any of them are Thai or in Thailand ....)

Thanks, and I hope things get "crazier" for both of us here on Steemit.

Most of the people I'm sending are not from Thailand. Unfortunately they speak almost zero English and I don't have a way in. I'm just finding people kind of randomly who mention having trouble with the language. I have the Thai organizer on my list to contact, but people from other countries are a bit more eager :)

This is unbelievable here are steemit and "crazy" certainly describes it. I'm just hoping to keep my strength up! I'm on pretty much a liquid diet and pushing the nutrition. No time to cook!!!

Erotographomania and dipsomania were new to me! It is crazy how so many words are similar to Italian and when I speak English I never use them. Thanks for sharing!

·

Yes, those are 2 words that I, too, learned only recently. I don't use them often, but it's good to know them! And I love the word "dipsomania." Sound better than "drunkard." :-)

Hope you can use those words that you "know" from Italian when you speak English. You understand them, so you might as well use them.

Thank you for your wisdom. With each new lesson you learn, I learn something new. Your kindness and diligence will come back to you. Good luck to you and good.

hello my name is Herman I'm from Venezuela, today I want to ask you to collaborate with my publications, the situation is that my country is very complicated, and together with my wife we are expecting a baby, we both have a job but we only earn $ 2 a month, I earn much more money publishing publications in Steemit than doing 8 hours a day and 6 days a week, the situation in Venezuela does not give to be able to have a baby, but I will strive every day so that my daughter is the happiest and has everything in the life, I do not ask you to pay me a dollar, but if you help me give votes to my publication to achieve savings for when my baby is born, it is a girl and it is almost 5 months shortly before it is born
