The increasing workload that sometimes makes Steemians tired, no longer thinking clearly. This condition, if not handled properly, tends to make the Steemians respond to things cynically and form a negative perception. Steemians become skeptical of self-efficacy, and most fatal, not satisfied with the work environment. For example, if a Steemians friend gets a promotion, Steemians begin to think negatively, suspecting that the promotion is due to its proximity to the boss.

Or if the Steemians were given the task, rather than immediately finding a strategy to solve it, but Steemians considered whether or not to do the job. If the Stemians continue to think and behave negatively like this, then do not expect to overcome all the work well.

Try to change the way of thinking, to be ready again to face the environment and the tasks of the Steemians:

Steemians ignore the vague gossip
^{Gossip tends to be identical as negative news. Therefore, keep Steemians away from the gossip and start looking for something that has been the fact.}
The mind of the Stemians is open
^{Open yourself and your mind against criticism, suggestions and ideas. This can enrich the understanding and insight of Steemians in looking at a problem or a condition so that it does not lead to a single point of view.}
Be thankful for all that Steemians have
^{This attitude will help the Steemians better accept and enjoy all that Steemians have. Be thankful to make the Steemians live a lighter, and happier life.}
Steemians use positive words
^{Avoid issuing pessimistic sentences, for example; "I can not" or "I am weak". Instead, say positive and optimistic phrases like, "I'll try," "I can," "I should be able," and so on.}
