I won't go to the gym.
But, I'll do push-ups in my home. I did around 100 push-ups today. I'll do more. I feel my body is lighter than before.
When I got back home from my company, I ate vegetables, 2 boiled eggs and 6 pieces of pineapple. I'm still hungry. I'll eat more after a few hours.
