Holz Büro 2 Stiftablage
Heute wollen wir odnung in die Stiffte und Notizblätter bringen.
Material und Werkzeug
Werkzeuge
- Japansäge
- Tischkreissäge oder andere Elektro betriebene Säge
- Raspel und Feile
- Schleifpapier 80 bis 160
- Lochsäge (60 mm) oder Laubsäge
- Einhandzwingen oder andere Zwingen
Material
Für dieses Projekt verwenden wir Sperrholz mindestens in der Stärke von 12 mm.
- Sperrholz 12 mm x 80 mm x 80 mm 20 Stück (für die Stifthalter und Halter der Zettel)
- Sperrholz 12 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm
- Weißleim - Holzleim
- Leinöl
Vorgehen
Unterbau
Der Unterbau wird wie folgt auf der Tischkreissäge zugeschnitten.
- 300 mm x 150 mm
- 30 mm x 300 mm
- 30 mm x 70 mm eine Seite abgeschrägt.
Anschließend werden die Teile übergeschliffen und mit einander verbunden (mit Weißleim verklebt).
Und mit Zwingen gesichert.
Stifthalter, Notiz
Nun wird es etwas anstrengend. Aber Kopf hoch das wird.
Der Zuschnitt der Kleinen Platten von 80 mm x 80 mm; und das ganze 20 mal.
Anschließend mit der Lochsäge ein Loch mittig schneiden.
Nach dem Lochsägen runden wir die Ecken mit der Japansäge ab.
Nun können wir die "Platten" mit Loch zusammen kleben und mit einer Zwinge sichern.
Jetzt, nach dem Trocknen, ist schleifen angesagt, dieses Könnt Ihr von Hand oder Maschinel erledigen. Achtung: mit der Machiene bitte sehr vorsichtig schleifen!
Anschließend die Röhre entsprechend auf Maß schneiden, und auf die Grundplatte kleben. Nach dem Trocknen noch den Feinschliff und mit Leinöl behandeln.

- Hole saw (60 mm) or jigsaw
- One-handed ferrules or other ferrules
Material
For this project we use plywood at least in the thickness of 12 mm.
- plywood 12 mm x 80 mm x 80 mm 20 pieces (for the pen holder and holder of the slip)
- Plywood 12 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm
- White glue - wood glue
- Linseed oil
Action
substructure
The substructure is cut to size on the table saw as follows.
- 300 mm x 150 mm
- 30mm x 300mm
- 30 mm x 70 mm one side bevelled.
Then the parts are ground over and connected to each other (glued with white glue).
And secured with restraints.
Pen Holder, Note
Now it gets a bit exhausting. But head up that will.
The cutting of the small plates of 80 mm x 80 mm; and all 20 times.
Then cut a hole in the middle with the hole saw.
After the hole sawing we round off the corners with the Japanese saw.
Now we can glue the "plates" with hole together and secure with a ferrule.
Now, after drying, sanding is announced, this can be done by hand or by machine. Attention: please grind carefully with the power!
Then cut the tube to size and glue it to the base plate. After drying, fine-tune and treat with linseed oil.

Wieder ein sehr schönes Teil geworden. Nehmt ihr als Oberflächenmittel Leinöl selbst oder als Firnis? Freue mich schon auf das nächste Projekt.

Hallo
Wir benutzen beides, es kommt drauf an was wir machen. Für Spielzeug und Werkstücke die mit Lebensmittel in berührung kommen benutzen wir Leinöl, für alles andere Firnis und Lacke.
