The 10th Witness Chat in the Ramble Happened as Promised.. Recording Inside
The tenth Steemit Ramble Witness Chat was well attended. I saw a lot of new faces, not only some Witnesses we’ve not seen before but also other members of the community. In attendance were thirten witnesses representing thirten witness accounts. They were:

One of the reasons I keep doing these chats is the great response not only from the Witnesses who show up but the other members of the community. People have ideas and the willingness to share them.
@pennsif spent some time talking about the State of Steem series he’s doing in @msp-waves as well as the SOS Daily News he’s been putting out. IF you are not following that, you should be. He does a lot of work and brings together relevant posts for anyone interested in where the platform is going. You might want to create a tag we can follow @pennsif? Maybe #sosdaily?
For those on the platform who think that Steemit Inc.’S announcement about the layoffs and the subsequent messages which define their role or lack of it is a sign of problems to come. You needed to be in that Witness chat. The community is motivated to come together to discuss and consider what the collective can do.
What has impressed me the last few chats has been the objectivity of the participants. They arrive with information and/or questions and a great willingness to share. At times there is one or two who take the negative stance. It can’t all be always on the up.
The next Chat will take place on Wednesday, January23rd at Noon EST / 5pm UTC. This will also help to keep the chat a bit further from Christmas.
