Do Your Best

This principle could be one of the easiest to practice.

It simply means that when you practice, you give it your best shot!

Firstly, be happy with yourself that you are practicing. A lot of people don't have time to practice or are lazy. So no need for any pressure, just be happy.

Next, if you make a mistake, don't worry. Keep going. Keep doing your best. Treat it more like play time then a chore.

Next, have a relaxed body and a relaxed attitude. No expectations needed. You are concentrating on what you are doing, the best you can.

If thoughts come and you get distracted, don't worry. It's OK. Don't be too hard on yourself. The fact that you realised means you are improving, so now you can go back to just doing your best.

Applying the Theory

You may notice this principle is firstly to do with your "attitude", or what I also refer to as you spirit! In addition, it is also a combination of the other principles in a way, since although I have taught you each principle in a singular fashion, when you practice Qi Gong properly, you should be applying all these principles together.

Practice

Before you can practice all of them together, first, try and set aside time to practice them individually. It's like building lego blocks. You have to first have one block. Then the next block. Then the next block. OK, now you're ready to build something.
