Day 120 Moring Run & #WednesdayWalk
I am a few days away from starting the Upvote Shares Project (@upvoteshares) here on Steemit and am doing a giveaway. In order win you need to get nominated (3 most supported nomminees will get an upvote share and a daily upvote on their posts for hopefully many years to come. The ones who properly nominate someone will get an equal share of the SBD generated by the post. It would be nice to see someone from the health / fitness / running / vegan communities get nominated!
I went on a 4.5km run as mentioned yesterday after getting a reply from @slobberchops a couple days ago that he did a 4,4km Run. I love these kind of small motivational interaction here on Steemit as they can help me push i a bit. Feel free to challenge me with something in the comments ! I can't promise I will do it, but will at least consider it.
Wednesday Walk
I went on a doube #WednesdayWalk which is a challenge initiated by @tattoodjay
In the afternoon I made a walk around the block. I live close to the train Station. On the one side they are building some new appartments while there was something of a garage sale near the train station.
