As We Walk Along. We Can Dream..................

"I call you Friends." And that you are.
Why?
Who but a Friend would spend time and upvote my posts faithfully, when you have hundreds of articles and posts available to choose from?
For that I thank you.

Our beloved Steemit gives us lots of opportunities to choose. But, with our choices comes responsibility. We all want to have our Steemit to be the place that the world comes to for quality time spent.

Time is so important to everyone of us.
And for our world viewing Friends.
It is no different. Time moves along swiftly for most of us each day, week, month and year.
The photo is a glimpse of my growing up years. See the time warp? Ha
No, that is not me in the photo nor the house that I grew up in.

My plan for each day is to walk for exercise and show you what I see as I walk along.
This community is such an interesting place to observe the various arrangements of what their ideas may be for curbside appeal.

The people in this community comes from all over the United States and from around the world. One of my good friends is from Taiwan. Others are from California. Some from Europe. Some from New Zealand. Oh, I had better mention Canada. @rebeccaryan would expect that if I am listing "some" of the regions and countries. Ha

Not every home and house is worth a "king's ransom" as you can see. There are homes and houses available in the community that lower income people might be able to afford. Many times these houses are grabbed up and torn down to be replaced with something more in line with today's designs.

And others are being renovated and modernized. For a hefty price to the would be buyers, I will add. So move quickly if you have any interest in Florida homes. The builders and renovators will soon have the houses out of price reach for many.

Not every part of the community is cluttered with houses.

This would be considered to be a snapshot of an average home.
If it was for sale. The price range would likely be $250-$300 thousand or more.
That is just a guess for me. I know that those around me are selling high.
The lowest priced, ready to move in home, was $225 thousand a year or two ago.

My walks will always be rewarded in our community.

We can look for some water as well as flowers and houses. Such as this in my walk.
The houses located with waterfront yards and lots are selling for higher prices. Imagine that. lol

Most of us like being around the water. A high percentage of the world's people look for water to build next to or at least close.

For me now. These views are close enough to easily walk to. So, I have a tendency to move into the direction of the water many times in my walking days.

Looking across the water and seeing the other side.

A canoe would be fine. Just take your camera with you. Ha

I am sorry Friends. We have to go back. We will come back again some other time.

I would like to be high and lifted up.

But all of you my Friends know me? I am just a "Dreamer?"
No. In my heart of hearts. I try and want to be the "real deal."

Hmmmm Where did I hear that at? Oh, now I remember.
It was in one of my dreams. I can remember that so well.
But, it hasn't happened yet. And maybe never will?
