Road to 100000 Steem Power & Self Improvement Log Day 118
This is my journey towards 100000 Steem Power Day 118 with no prior investments! (Meaning I started on Steem with 0 account value!). I am a very dedicated individual and I want you guys to be a part of my journey to get you motivated and to learn from my mistakes!
Besides my daily description of what I did to reach that goal today, I will also use this as a "journal" to keep track of my other personal goals.

What I did Today to Reach my Goal
Today I wrote a post on how to make a killer first impression on the Steemit feed and your Steemit blog page.

Every Thorsday is back day. My gym rat friend who likes to sing and say nasty shit was there again and it is always a ton of fun to lift some heavy shit with it.
Especially when he says that I am insane for lifting such weights, that is good feedback for me!

Cleaned the server aka deleted and added some chats, I have also kicked some inactive people. The members are writing about their successes at the moment which I really enjoy reading!
Diary
Woke up 2 hours late today because I forgot to set my other alarms, anyway, that doesn't stop me from being productive.
I hated every step and every lift in the gym but luckily my gym rat friend was there and I could laugh for 60 minutes.
My member-task for this month is to finish SteemSchool which was supposed to be a side-bitch project that I can work on without pressure.
But that time is over, I have to lead by example and my chosen goal for this month was to finish steem school.
Every month members can think of a bad habit they want to get rid of or a goal they want to achieve, at the end of the month they have either succeeded or they failed.
If they fail they will have to pay a lot of SBD to the other members.

Sounds like an excellent motivational tool and a very productive, disciplined group. Not that I think you need an extrinsic motivation to get shit done.
Thank you, I have decided to make members pay 50 USD to all members in case they fail (payable as FIAT or SBD).
The amount that has to be paid decreases with more members.
That's a pretty hefty penalty, but that's good because it makes it sting more if you fail.
I've got my own monthly goal, but no group to pay if I fail, just my own stinging disappointment.
I am looking into coinbase to transfer money now. I tried registering with wirex. But then found out it's only for europe. I'ts all good though. I can finally start taking a little bit out which is all that matters at the moment.

SteemSchool is a website that I am working on which will serve as an archive for all my SteemSchool posts here where people can also buy the graphics that I explained in the howto and coaching if they want to.

Today I will get the episodes page done (aka the SteemSchool Episodes archive).
I love it already. This will be very much needed. Just think of all the people that need to be onboarded. You are thinking waaay ahead on this one.

Holding yourselves accountable and introducing the financial (real) aspect is an epic move. I am very intrigued to see what happens in a month. No doubt everyone will make great gains. I am learning how to use gimp and dtube but your tutorials are showing a clear path.
