Short Overview of the Robotev and the CrowdFunded Whale Projects

I have decided to give a short overview of the current status of the two projects that are being operated by me on Steemit - @robotev and @crowdfundedwhale with the idea to support users on the platform that are contributing good content in one way or another. The two projects are a bit different from each other and are both being powered by bots to automate most of the tasks they do on a daily basis, though there is still a lot of manual work being done to ensure the bots are working properly and are doing their jobs well. The bots also need continuous work on their code to improve functionality and features and there is also some additional management work needed to be done with the people supporting the two projects. Don't forget that there is a single person only, that is me, behind the two projects... there are not teams or many people cooperating to make them work and of course there are the people also helping by contributing their time, efforts and even Steem as well.

Robotev is a bot that is designed to help promote good posts that generally go unnoticed in various topics by following a list of good curators that do not just vote for the "sure" posts trying to get a reward, but actually try to make a difference by giving their votes to people that really should get them for that they have posted here on Steemit. The bot is voting for good content published by new users that are yet to establish their name and reputation on Steemit, it deliberately ignores users with already high reputation. @robotev has been running on Steemit for more than two months already and below you can see some stats about the account:

I'm always looking for new users that are willing to join the ranks of the curator that the project follows in order to discover good content and vote for it, so if you are interested drop me a comment or contact me in the Steemit Chat.

The CrowdFunded Whale project is a more recent endeavor with a bit different idea than the above project. Here the account is being crowdfunded by users who Power it Up and in return the accumulated voting power of the account will be used to help all those that supported its growth. Everyone can join the project by donating something that will help grow the voting power of the account, however that does not guarantee your stay on the voting list of the bot. You still need to maintain a good quality of your posts and avoid plagiarism and abuse as these are things that are not being tolerated on Steemit, let alone being promoted by this project…
