ULOG # 22: Action is all that matters
Hey guys!
How are you doing?
I have been thinking about something. You might hear this, “An idea can change your life.” To do anything, you have to have an idea first. Then you move on to the next thing.
We all have a dream. When we were a kid, we had a dream to do something or be something. Later we face different challenges in life. We get scared. And we do not know when we move away from our dreams. Now you are a different person, but you wanted to do something else in life. You get stuck doing something and you cannot find a way to get out of it. Sometimes you feel like you are in a trap. You want to get rid of it, but something is holding you back and you cannot move anywhere.
As I said at the beginning of this post, you have to have an idea first to do something. Of course, an idea is important. But only an idea cannot do anything for you unless you take action. Someone says, “You know what? I had the great idea to do that big thing.” Well, then why didn’t you do it?
Many people hate their job, and complain about it. They say that they will start something so that they do not have to work for someone else. Still you see they are on that job. And you do not see any change in their life except complaining.
Talking about your idea and how you will do it can make you excited. You feel good about it for the time being. But the fact is, only talking about idea is not going to do anything for you. You have to move from idea to action.
Your action is a test of idea. When you take action, you will know what works and what not. You learn something from your action that helps you to be successful on your next project. Your action will determine what is going to happen in your life.
