Chatuchak PlayGround Vintage Flea Market , Bangkok - Part - 2.
Last weekend i was at the PlayGround Vintage Flea Market and this weekend i decided to go back there for 3 reasons. First i didn't get to see it all because it got late by the time i got there , secondly there is something of interest that i want to buy this time and thirdly i had a few request that my followers want to see more so here i am to show you around again follow me come this way ladies and gents.
Well here i am again feeling like a little kid stepping into a time machine the adrenaline and excitement been here again is overwhelming for me because it just brings back so many memories and fun of my childhood looking at these vintage items , drinking that coke out of glass bottles not plastic bottles was really cool.
I remember having one of these slug guns shooting the sparrows out of the trees...lol :)
And playing in the dirt at the parks with these heavy metal Dinka toys.
These man power transportation bikes have always been around and are still used today in many parts of the world look at how old this is needs a lot of attention but still has a price tag of $400 US dollars.
So many models of old clocks , old phones and old cameras here it just shows you have far forward we have moved in such a short period when you really think about it.
The classic high class Stereophonics in them days and still look classy today.
Don't we all still love these old glass cabinets , chester drawers , coffee tables now they were tough and still tough to still be around made out of real wood.
ET makes another appearance....lol :)
These solid tree trunks are a work of art beautifully hand carved used as pillars on front porches of houses back in the days and still could be used with a good polish up.
This was a poison dart shooter carried around by the enemies of the Burma and Siam war for close range silent kill.
Some old mark up brushes for the cows and a couple of cows that have seen there days...lol :)
Some more old fun magazines.
Love the way this trunk was turned down then back up on this Bonsai tree.
Just so many countless Knickknacks in this vintage market it really is a fun place to spend a few hours to browse around.
These old reading and sun glasses were really cool and in good order in every shape , size and color and this lovely old chap had some great looking Chinese tables and chairs.
Now i will tell you one of the reasons i came back here today and that was to buy one of these cool metal clock lamp stands look at how cool this is it will go well in my bar apartment area.
And that completes Part - 2 of the PlayGround Vintage Flea Market hope you enjoy your tour around and have some things in mind to buy for when you visit this amazing market.
