#1 Canadian Rockies: A new Adventure begins thru British-Columbia

@ladybug146 is on another visit to the Canadian Rockies. She drove 5 hours from Edmonton to a small village called Valemount where she takes advantage of the low season prices and rents a cozy cabin for her stay. There are many small villages nearby, each with their own identity and own locally made delicious snacks which is perfect for @ladybug146 and her food allergy. Being the low season, the scenery is a bit gloomy and not the best time for photography so the first day of her two day trip was a rather quiet day.

#2 Temple of Heaven – Beijing

@haydae flies in from Japan to China, and is welcomed by a moody taxi driver. His next day is no better as he comes across another taxi driver who refuses to take him to the subway station. Then he finds it impossible to cross the road as none of the cars seems to stop regardless of the green or red lights. His destination for the day is the Temple of Heaven, and once he gets there, he enters a serene world totally different from the chaos outside. There were no tourists yet, no infamous smog, perfect to admire this stunning structure.

#3 Abandoned bakery

The final featured post today is from @chanych85 and is about his visit to an abandoned bakery in Russia. The bakery dates back to 1954 and was finally shut down in 2016. The interesting thing about this post is that @chanych85 managed to get hold of an advertising booklet from back in the 90s for this place and he was able show us what various parts of the bakery looks like today compared to back in the 90s. If you like to explore abandoned buildings, this is one for you.
