Hello FOOD LOVERS of the world of Steemit!

Welcome back to the 2nd Chapter of The Best Restaurant in each country of the World!

Following the great success of the first one, I am so excited to present to you a list of another 8 restaurants in 8 different countries in the world, which i personally believe to be the best and would definitely visit it if I am travelling to that particular country!

I am actually making a list of each countries of the world!

Yes, you heard it right dear friends, each 196 countries of the world!

I will share a list of 8 countries per post! I hope you will like it and maybe the frequent travellers will find it a very useful tool when choosing where to dine!

So let's kick it!

I will kick start the list with my dream country!

USA

Ranked 3rd in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2016, it climbed to the first position this year! Yes, I am talking of the one and only ELEVEN MADISON PARK! Located in New York, this restaurant is a must visit for any food lovers!

With the magical chef Daniel Humm at the head, ELEVEN MADISON PARK has also been decorated with 3 stars in the famous Michelin guide! The food and service is known to be spectacular!

JAPAN

You guessed it right, once you think of Japan you automatically get the vision of amazing sushi! Owned and operated by sushi master Jiro Ono, who is considered to be the best sushi master in the world, SUKIYABASHI JIRO is the restaurant where he awaits you to discover his unique sushi!

Former US President, Barack Obama, has also dined at this emblematic restaurant together with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe in 2014!

Amazing facts about SUKIYABASHI JIRO is that it is located underground off the Ginza subway station and serves a tasting menu of roughly 20 courses with only 10 counter seats!

Situated in New Delhi, INDIAN ACCENT offers an amazing Indian Cuisine fusion! There you can have a taste of a traditional naan with ... Camembert cheese!

For those in the US, especially the New Yorkers can appreciate Mehrotra's spectacularly presented fusion food at Indian Accent New York, which opened in 2016! There is another one coming up in London soon!

Co-owner and chef Jorge Vallejo gives an amazing twist on traditional Mexican dishes! Have you ever tasted cactus snow? Well you know where to go!

During his childhood, Chef Jorge Vallejo was so much into foods that he always asked for roast chicken as birthday gift! That's an amazing food lover indeed!

Let's travel back to Asia for our next on the list!

THAILAND

Situated in Bangkok , this restaurant is quite special as it is not Thai food that is served... but Progressive Indian Cuisine, invented by the great chef Anand Gaggan at GAGGAN restaurant! Voted best restaurant of Asia, you have to visit this culinary university at any cost!

Guests at Gaggan are initially given a list of 25 emojis so that each dish comes as a surprise! That's really inventive!

Chef Anand plans to close Gaggan in 2020 and will open a small restaurant in Fukuoka, Japan, so you still have time to enjoy it for now!

The first on the list hailing from Europe!

ITALY

This 3 Michelin star restaurant based in Modena has for some years now been on the top 5 restaurant in the world and even voted best in 2016! Welcome to OSTERIA FRANCESCANA!

Owned and run by Chef Massimo Bottura , he is a poet, storyteller and artist as much as a cook! All his dishes have a story to tell! And he just takes pleasure playing with traditions and bringing it to another level!

SINGAPORE

Opened in 2010 by Chef Andre Chiang, RESTAURANT ANDREis a fine-dining restaurant in Singapore serving French Nouvelle cuisine. You are sure to be surprised by his creations should you pay him a visit!

Octaphilosophy is André's essence and true value, at the heart of all his cooking. His concept is unique in the world and has earned him a 2nd spot on the Asia best restaurant list and 2 Michelin star!

One of my absolute dreams is to eat sushi from the Master SUKIYABASHI JIRO!!!

Have you watched Jiro Dreams of Sushi? It's an amazing documentary on the master and his philosophy of life + sushi of course! One of the best food documentary actually!

Yes I have seen the docu! Very weel produced and off course very inspiring!
I assume you have also seen Chef`s Table with Massimo Bottura?
That series is probably my favorite TV series of all times!

Oh yes @cryptopet, I've seen it , Massimo Bottura is an absolute artist! I loved the episode of Anand Gaggan too! He is so natural and down to earth!

Of course I know Noma dear! Rene is such an inspiration for many! He just completed an amazing tourney in Mexico! Sad that it is closed now! But he will come with another great one!

Look at all those incredibly gorgeous finished plates! Have you actually eaten at any of these restaurants? You refer to smashing the lemon tart but I couldn't tell if you were actual joking or not. :)

These are actually the list of restaurants that are the best in each country as per my own opinion @rebeccaryan, It will be dream come true if i can eat in at least one of them!
I have worked in a 3 star michelin in the past, superb experience indeed!
The chef who created this smashing lemon tart is one of the best in the world, great artist! The plate is really a piece of art!

I agree! The plate presentation was memorable. What I love is that you didn't even have to taste it, you could sense how good it was, with your eyes. Speaks volumes about using white plates as a canvas and leaving enough pristine space for appreciation.

Infact the real story behind this plate is that his pastry chef accidentally dropped the tart which was for someone really VIP, and they had only 2 pieces made!
Finally the chef saw that the one which was broken looked absolutely beautiful and hence named it like that : Oops I broke the lemon tart!

History in the making and now we have this gourmet technique of serving things "smashed" Modern Art meets Culinary Art on a white canvas.
